  7. (c)    personally preparing and placing a virtual tour of your listing on the MLS and on each website
  8. (d)   presenting you with a Home Book to be placed in your home containing useful information for potential buyers
  9. (e)   Keeping you advised along the way with how many people have visited your home or viewed the virtual tour
  10. (f)   Keeping you advised weekly of your community activity
  11. (g)     Being available by phone "most of the time"
  12. (h)     Answering my email several times daily
  13. (i)   Placing a rider with my name and email address on the sign placed outside of the home so that those driving by can pick up the phone and call for information
  14. (j)     Holding an Open House if the seller so desires
  15. (k) Placing flyers in an outside box for potential and interested buyers if desired by seller. Typically, I recommend placing them "inside" so the buyer will want to come "in."  Once they're in the home, they can take the flyer with them to help them remember your home.
  16. Is savvy about the market and helps you price your home so it will sell

  18. Is familiar with the Phoenix Metropolitan and outlying areas

Keep in mind, however, that the listings seen elsewhere ? if you are a buyer ? are frequently out of date. Any listing on my website is current as of that minute.
