For all of you wondering when I would get around to starting my own real estate company, I did it!!! As of March 6, 2008, I started my own company - Homes Arizona Real Estate!
Be watching for those signs to pop up across the valley. My brother, Bing, will be holding down the fort on the west side of town, and I will take the east side. For now, it's just the two of us, but it's all good. We're only about 50 minutes on the other side of town from one another so can cover as we need to.
Bing will be specifically focusing on horse and ranch and acreage properties. Waddell and the surrounding areas have large irrigated home sites, many of which having horses and cattle, etc. He's the farm boy in our family. We were raised on acreage, and he loves that opportunity to raise his own beef and veggies.
My specialty is the east valley and new or resale family homes. We both are here and ready to help. Our motto? "Exceptional Customer Service - Always." We both grew up here - me from the age of three - and he was born here. We're excited about being on our own, and look forward to helping many of you find a home or sell your home - or we're here for information.
