I've said this before and I'll say it again! What are the buyers waiting for? Now that they are in a better position than they were a year ago (because there are more homes available for sale) does not mean that they get the home for nothing. Most sellers are more realistic at pricing their homes, and now the buyers seem to still bel playing the waiting game.  I, for one, say: The waiting game is over!!! Interest rates are still low, and homes can be found in your price range, trust me! As I was updating my new homes on www.AzLadyInRed.com, I was amazed at how low our home prices have gone. Many builders have not increased their prices since one year ago. Some have reduced to prices more affordable which is what our Phoenix Valley expects. One of the myriad reasons families move here is for the affordable housing. We're there again.

We're good, we're great! Take advantage of the deals that are out there now! If it's a new home you want, and you don't want to wait 6-8 months, better get started. Builders aren't building as many - if any - inventory homes. Once the specs are gone, that's it........you wait.
