I like to monitor what's going on in our market. I track active listings and pending listings. Each day our pending listings are increasing. In late January, we had 3896 pending listings - today 5,200. The bottom is here, and buyers need to be making their move. Today we have 56,206 active listings. That number fluctuates somewhat since we even have out of the country, out of the state, out of our two counties (Maricopa and Pinal) listings in our MLS.
